21st Century Developers values all communities where we live and work. Where we work is considered  our first home and we take deep heartfelt interest in improving the lives of those with which we interact, when and wherever possible. 

At times this means giving back in a variety of ways. Participation in local community development activities that fosters social and economic developments, as well as those that nurtures the positive well-being of its people typcially takes first prority.

A school in Jamaica, designed, pro bono by one of  our partners,  was ultimately design to not only serve the educational needs of its students, but, with his foresight it is now proposed to also serve as the  hurricane shelter for the wider community; an idea that had not cross the minds of the local people.
